Traffic Pattern & Optimization of VT Equipment in various types of Buildings
JP Elevator Consultants will evaluate the Building requirements, Traffic flow patterns, Type of Tenants, Location of Public facilities such as Restaurants, Coffee shops, Sports facilities etc., in the building and develop a applicable pattern for the Traffic flow during Up Peak, Down Peak and Two- way traffic in the building for optimizing the Vertical and Horizontal Transpotaion equipment such as Elevatos, Escalators, Trae-o-lators and Dumb waiters.
This initial analysis of Traffic Flow and requirement for VT equipment will avoid any major issues of incorrect hoistway(s) or Shafts for efficient flow of Traffic in buildings.
